School Tours

Full day field trip where students will attend a planetarium show, Living and Working in Space presentation, hands-on / take home activity and a docent-led rotation of interactive science exhibits.
$ per student / free for chaperones.

In-School Presentation
Living and Working in Space presentation with audience participation and real space program artifacts.
$150.00 for presentation $3.00 per student extra for hands-on activity supplies.
Travel $30 per hour of driving or $50 round trip

Skype Presentations
If your school is unable to come to Spaceport Sheboygan, we also offer an opportunity to do a Skype presentation.
$150.00

Students pass through our museum each year.

Expedition Schedule

 2 Hour Expedition (Field trip)
– 30 minute long Science presentation with audience participation
– 3 X 25-minute rotations

  1. Walking tour of artifacts with knowledgeable docent
  2. Science on a Sphere
  3. Hands-on science activity station or science-related craft

1/2 Day (4 hours)
– Add planetarium show to your Expedition

 

Please note that Cosmic Bounce is a separate business from Spaceport Sheboygan.

If you would like to add Cosmic Bounce to your Expedition, it is an additional $3 per student for 30 minutes of bounce time.

Bot Scouts of America

Spaceport Sheboygan’s staff are certified Boy Scouts of America Merit Badge Counsellors for the following badges; Space Exploration Merit Badge and Astronomy Merit Badge. Programs are 5 hours long and cost $15.00 per Scout.

We are partnering with the Sheboygan Aviation Heritage Center and Sheboygan County Amateur Radio Club to assist with the Aviation Merit Badge and Radio Merit Badge.
